Excellent performance last night at the Markham theatre. Is nice to hear stories and songs of the mining industry in Cape Breton. Having my Father from Cape Breton makes me proud to have some Cape Breton in me. My family in Cape Breton always told me stories of working in the fishing industry and losing many men at sea. Heard about mining in C.B. but never had stories told to me when I was there. Was excellent the stories told last night some sad and some funny.
